What is clicked/delivered vs clicked/opened and how are they calculated?

Hi Christen, clicked/delivered is the percentage of emails clicked out of the total of emails delivered. This is almost always smaller than the number of emails clicked/opened which is just the percentage of emails that are clicked out of the total of opens. 

As a simple example, if you sent 100 emails, had 10 opens, and 1 click, you'd have a clicked/delivered of 1%, and a clicked/opened of 10%
