Hello -

Is it possible to set up a campaign flow that adds that a person clicked a critical link on the website (perhaps ungated .pdf url) to the activity history - can that be done through the interesting moment - can tokens be used? Thanks!

Yes. The trigger is "clicks link in email" what you want to do is add them the a SalesForce campaign via flow step. This will show up in the campaign history.

You can use the trigger “click link” and define your link. Make sure you don't copy "https or http" with the link.

Right. "Clicks link" I always get these two mixed up... :). Key here is to Lso add them to a SalesForce campaign and get this engagement translated to campaign history linked to the lead or contact that then becomes to data you use for reporting in Salesforce on Marketing's influence on pipeline and opportunities.
