Click Email - but no Visit Web Page

We have a simple email that allows for a person to simply click on a link that will then take them to a small landing page with a message.  No form to fill out.  The click (webpage/landing page) let's us know which one they clicked on.  For this person, it shows they clicked on a link in the email and we can see which link it is in the detail, but it is not showing the "visited webpage".  Does anyone know why this happens??  Is the person not allowing "pop ups"?

Thanks,
Karin

Hi Karin,

Does the destination page have munchkin on it?  I not, then we cannot track a visit.  Otherwise it's possible that this person had javascript disabled so munchkin could not send the tracking event.

It's a Marketo Landing Page.  Other people are showing the visit to the page in their activity.  It is just this one person.  So it must be some disableed in the browser.

Thanks,
Kairn
