Clearing Stars and Flames in Sales Insight

My organization's lead score is set to zero out at the beginning of each week. This is so we the sales team can reach out to leads based on the effectiveness of the marketing efforts happening each week. The lead score is successfully changing to '0', however, the stars and flames are not updating accordingly.

The sales insight relative urgency and lead score is already set to 'dynamic' in the admin.

Does anyone know how would I go about getting the stars and flames to update accordingly?

It should update by it self, but it can take some time. For how long have you waited ?

And can you maybe take a screenshot of it?

I need to see your smart list and flow, because it seems like it has something to do with that.
