Cleaning up old email templates

Hello Marketo Community!

I am trying to do some house-keeping in Marketo and I have been tasked with creating a guide for our lead reps that shows them how to go through and un-publish old email templates.

The guide is pretty simple, but I fear that they will figure out a way to mess up at some stage in the process. To avoid this, my question is -

IS THERE A WAY TO SET UP A RULE THAT UNPUBLISHES EMAIL TEMPLATES THAT ARE A SPECIFIED AGE? (For example, can the rule unpublish templates that are 90 days old)

The current process I am looking at is having each rep go through a list of published email templates that I created and having them click through each template to unpublish it.

No, there is no way to deactivate templates using a expiration date.

When you say Template, do you actually mean email that you exposed to Sales Insight? Do you mean a regular email?

You have to be careful if you delete or deactivate Templates as it will break the connection with existing emails.
