Clean up Marketo field values

We have a couple of fields like Lead Status that have been used since we started learning Marketo and are still commonly used in List Uploads. This has led to a whole lot of incorrect values in our Lead Status picklist when adding the field to a Marketing Campaign. 

The picklist is accurate in Salesforce, but showing a mix of spaces, dashes, and misspellings in Marketo. There are no leads that still show the incorrect values, but they're still in our picklist.

Any ideas how we can fix this?

    Claire,
     

    You can use a data management flow to select the erroneous leads and then map new values.

    Smart List: Lead Status=Bad Values
    Flow: Change Data Value: if Lead Status=Bad Data 1, then Good Data 1, etc

    You can run this as a batch and then turn it into a trigger flow anytime a lead has this bad data.
