Chrome and Safari do not show buttons on custom form

Hello folks,

This is my first post to the community, but could use some help. I have this page:

http://info.getsatisfaction.com/2013_Newsletter_Subscribe_iframe.html

In Firefox you will see a "Submit" button, but in Chrome/Safari no button. There should be a button just to the right of the text field. Anyone have issues like this?

Hey Michael,

I went to the page in Chrome and saw the Submit button. I have uploaded a screen grab for your reference. But, the button is not where you want to be I think...
