Choosing the original referrer when merging lead profiles
Hi,
When merging leads I'd like to be offered the choice of the original referrer I'd like to keep. Does anyone know how to do this? For example, I had lead (A) with a known email adress but poor referring data. So I looked at profiles by ip addresses and spotted an anonyous lead (B) with a relevant original source (A and B are the same person based on the activity timestamps). When I merge A and B, I am not offered a choice over which original referrer to keep...
Also, anyone is facing this same issue where part of the profile data is in a known lead and other parts in an anonymous profile?
