Checkboxes on Forms Linked to Emails

Is there a way to link specific checkboxes of a form to different campaigns?
For example, the form features several options for topics of interest. Lead selects A, B, and D.
Then he is entered into a campaign where he receives material relevant to topics A, B, and D - but not C.
Can this be set up?

Is the Campaign an engagement program? If so, you could set up a Smart Campaign to watch for when data value changes in that checkbox and "add to engagement program".

You can do this by using the email scripting token, Go to the My Token section of a program create new token write your logic using velocity scripting and use that token in your thanks email. If you need more help, please send an email to haris@grazitti.com
