Check our Blacklisted status?

Hi- 

One of our employee's emails are going to a lof of spam folders, and he thinks it has to do with Marketo since the marketing team sends email on behalf of him( using his email address).

He asked if I could check his status ( or the company
s stateus of being blacklisted for our emails?)

Can someone advice me what can I do? Thank you!

We use http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx to check to see if our Marketo email Server IP is blacklisted.  Another thing we check is if our MLM emails are being delivered, but MSI emails are bouncing.  If so, chances are the recipient needs to whitelist the person's email address that is sending the MSI emails.

Thanks for your reply. I was wondering how where can i find our marketo email server IP ? but the thing is I only want to check for 1 employee, is that possible? Thanks!

You can send yourself an email via Sales Insight and inspect its header to see the sender IP address.  Or Marketo tech support can give this to you.

Hi Nicole, yes, you should shortly receive an automated reply from MxToolBox Ping. Reply is sent to the From: address you specified in your Marketo email.
