Chatbot. Unable to resolve a calendar agent for [dynamic chat] due to system error.

Has anyone else experienced the following error message? If you have, did you manage to resolve it?

Unable to resolve a calendar agent for [dynamic chat] due to system error.

The error seems to be intermittent, I don't seem to be able to find what is causing the issue.

I have just tested and I have been able to book meetings with 3 of the users, then it failed with the error.

I have checked all users have synced their calendars.

This has been occurring for 2 weeks. Sometimes I can book and sometimes I get the error.
