Changing recipients of fast track alerts

Hello!

I inherited our Marketo account and I need to change the recipent of the fast track/MQL/contact request alerts that are generated when someone fills out a form and is then sent over to our Salesforce CRM. I can't seem to find where these alert templates are stored in our Marketo instance or how to change them. Any guidance will hep!

If you can track down one of the contacts from Salesforce you can use that email address to search in Marketo. Look in the activity section of that contact to see which campaign triggered the alert.

You can look for Sales Alert to see where they are used. You can also use Campaign Inspector to search for the Send Alert flow step.
