I need to change the dynamics field that the Marketo city field syncs to in Dynamics. We have recently created a new city field in Dynamics and need to sync it to our existing city field in Marketo.
Could someone help with the steps I need to carry out to achieve this?
You will have to file a Support Ticket and have a field remap done before the Marketo created field will be mapped to Dynamics. It is also important to export the records and their field values from Marketo and import the values into Dynamics or create a smart campaign to write the data from one field into the other. This is important so that there is no data loss after the remapping work has been performed. Marketo will not automatically push these values to Dynamics after the remap.
