Change score trigger change data value?

I created a program in marketo,and in the program I created a campaign with a Change Score item in flow,when the campaign was run,I found that there was two times to set the leads's score,the first time's Activity Type is Change Data Value ,and the second time's Activity Type is Change Score.
I don't know why
that happened,and is that right?
Anybody know that?
Thanks

Yes I also found this a bit confusing at first but it is normal --

The change score action updates the lead's score.

And then since the score is a type of data value, it also updates the data value.

Hi Ruby

No problem.
This is Marketo spec.
If you will make custom field type score, it's same.

You can also change a score by using Change Data Value. I only do this if I use a token in a lead lifecycle flow.

eg:

Change Data Value: Lead Score = {{lead.Behavior Score}}

as Change Score does not like that token.
