Change Score Lead Score Question

Hi,

In order to add scoring for a form, for the flow step of a smart campaign, under change score, right now I have the following field:

Change score > Score name: Lead score and Change: +30

However, shouldn't I have demographic or behavior score in the score name field? I know the combined total of the demographic and behavior score comprises the lead score, but is this correct?

Hi Anne Scholl​

You should have two flow steps.  One that changes the Lead Score by +30 and one that changes the Behaviour Score by +30.

No worries,

Anywhere you change the demographic or behaviour score you should also change the lead score by the same amount.

Yes, you are correct.

It helped me to understand that the Scoring field is a counter, it is adding or deducting points and each of these fields have to do their individual counting.
