Change Program Success?

Perhaps I missed an update somewhere, but I just noticed the "Change Program Success" as a flow step in Marketo. I'm used to using the change status in progression so that it moves my leads through the various activities within a program. What's the change program success for? I'm not sure how to use it. Any help would be great!

I found this:
"Sometimes leads in a program get marked as success incorrectly. Having the correct success status and success date values is very important to get accurate multi-touch attribution reports. This flow step lets you fix incorrect data retroactively."

I found this:

    We did a reorganization of the flow actions, as I'm sure you noticed.  Within this, you probably noticed the Change Program Success flow action.  We also renamed the change progression status flow action to be Change Program Status.  This is documented in the What's New article:  https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L9y1CAC

      Thank you! This helps a lot! I really couldn't figure out what the program success would be used for.
