Change Max Length of Phone type field

Hi guys,

As the title says, as I have an integration with MS Dynamics CRM, I'm having problems when I try to sync leads from Marketo to CRM. This is because the Marketo "Phone" field allows about 255 characters while CRM field only allows a max of 50.

I would like to change the MaxLength of the phone type field but I can't find how, any ideas please?
