Change Lead Score based on Multiple Opens or Clicks

Hey all,

I'm hoping to set up a lead score campaign where if someone opens a particular email at all, they get assigned a particular score, and if they open that email more than 5 times, they get assigned an additional score. I have a feeling the answer to this question is painfully obvious, but how would I go about setting this up? Would I have to create two campaigns - - one for just opening the email at all, and one for "opens email --> minimum number of times =5"?

Yeah, it might be best to do

Opens Email X

then

Opens Email X at least 5 times

But opens is a bad metric, go with clicks. Be careful about point stacking. If you do this, leads may get tons of pts.

Thanks for the reply. So you're suggesting to create two campaigns, correct? Just curious as to why you say opens is a bad metric - is it because people who actually click through would be way more engaged than anyone who just opens?
