Change Default Line Spacing and Font Size in Marketo Administration

With the latest release both the text size and spacing are larger than the previous version which means there is a lot of scrolling and a lot more things cut off. Is it possible to adjust the spacing between the lines and the overall size of the text used throughout the Marketo administration area?

There's no setting, but post this as an idea and I'll vote it.
