Change Contact Ownership to Account Owner Upon Creation

What would the flow be if when a contact is created, I wanted the owner to be changed to whomever the account owner is?  Here is what I tried but it didn't work:

Trigger:  When lead created and sfdc type is contact
Flow:  If account owner last name is Smith, Owner name is Smith (I thought this would mean if account owner last name is Smith, contact owner name is Smith) but it's not working.
