Change a filter to a trigger

For my smart campaign, people should receive the email I’ve created immediately after a specific action occurs, what I understand to be a trigger. However, this action, which comes from our Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is classified as a filter. Is there an easy way for me to convert the filter to a trigger?

Try using the trigger Data Value Changes and specify the field you are wanting to look at for changes. You can add additional constraints such as new value, previous value, to narrow in on what you want.
