    Good points! While seems obvious, I think your point #1 is the most important. Get all stakeholders on the same page.

    This is great! Thanks, @Darrell Alfonso​! I think #2 is so important, definitely something worth while! We use an automated dialer, which we wouldn't be able to use without data normalization.
