CC'd Sales Rep when sending email to Lead.

I want the people being CC'd to just see the message going out to lead, because I  want to "introduce" someone via email

There is no way to CC a lead on the email, however, you can use "send alert" flow step to send the email to the sales rep.  This is one of the flow actions you can select, and then you can pick the email that they should get.  Make sense?
