Cart Abandonment Integration

Hi! We're looking to set up a cart abandonment solution with our ecommerce platform on hybris, and hopefully have it integrated with Marketo. After some initial research, though, it seems like native Marketo integration is not an easy find.

We're looking at Hybris Marketing Convert, SaleCycle, Barilliance and some others. On LaunchPoint there doesn't seem to be anything listed.

Does anyone have any solutions that have been working well for them? Any best practices to share? Any insight is very appreciated.

If there isn't a native integration, you have choices:

  • API
  • Webhook
  • HTTP POST

You will need a developer to implement these or to ask the other vendor to do so. Developers.marketo.com has the details the programmer will need.
