Capturing & scoring users via the mobile app

Hi - we are building a new mobile app, and users will be able to fill out a registration form. I'd like to be able to capture these registrations in Marketo, but I'm not sure how to do this?

Do I create a new program in Marketo called mobile app.?

My question is this - how does the trigger in Marketo get synced with the data coming in from the app? Is there some code I need? Something like lead is created - lead source is mobile app... or is the lead source the actual name of my mobile app? I will NOT be using a Marketo form for my registration form, so I'm unsure how registrants will get into Marketo.

Same with scoring. How do I score someone up for filling out a registration form or taking an action within the mobile app? Would that be using mobile app triggers? THANK YOU!
