Capturing MQL source

I want to caputure what pushed a lead to MQL.  I am creating a trigger campaign to capture all leads whose score changes to greater than 74 (our MQL threshold) and previous score was less than 75.  Then to populate a new field (which i will create) with what ever is their last source.  Please let me know if there is an easier way.  Thanks.
