Capture column header when importing a list

I have some Q&A data in my spreadsheet that I need to capture to the notes field in marketo. The question is the column header and the answer is in the cell... but how do I get the header to map to the field too? I'd rather not have to concatenate everything every time if I can help it. Is there a way around this?

I don't believe so. I think concatenating is the easiest way. In thinking about this issue, a few options came to mind but they were all more complex/time-consuming than a simple excel formula.
