Cannot unapprove program

Hi Community,

I  have an issue with unapproving an email program. Keep getting an error message saying 'Cannot unapprove program - Test Group Asset 14862 is in use by campaigns/nurture/variants'. Has anyone had it before? How to deal with it?

Hi Nina,

The reason why you haven't had any answer to you question so far is because you posted it to the wrong place. Post questions to the "products" section

You need to use the "used by tabs" to learn more and/or provide some screen shots of the test group that has been created.
