CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY: pw_pss.ProcessPhoneNumberUpdate_Contact: System.LimitException: Apex CPU time limit exceeded

We keep getting this error, does anyone know how we fix it?

There is a trigger in your Salesforce integration that is taking too much time to insert or update a record.  (I think the limit is about 10 seconds.)  If you run a Google search on your error code, you may get some clues on how to debug it.  Check with your SF admin to make sure the system isn't busy with other jobs at the same time, which may be slowing down the process.
