Cannot add Email Send Smart Campaigns to Stream

You can only add email assets or default programs to the Nurture stream. It seems you tried to add a smart campaign, which isn't possible. Instead, you can use the logic from smart lists to control activities like pausing and unpausing. Additionally, you need to set up your cadence in the stream to send the emails. If it helps, here are a couple of screenshots for an example of the Nurture stream with an embedded program.

@katiecahill, What type of programs are you trying to add to your Engagement program? You can only add Default programs or standalone email assets in Engagement programs. Please see this: Adding a Program to an Engagement Program Stream.
