Cannot add a field on 2.0 form

Hi,

I have run test on a new 2.0 form and added a field. I then removed it. I now want to add it again and I cannot. According to field management it says that field is already used on my form but I cannot see it. What should I do?
FYI I have approved, refreshed,re-opened my form several times w/o any success.

Hi Cécile,

That doesn't sound right, if you haven't done so already please log a case with the name of the form and the field and we'll take a look.
