Can you update your unsubscribe page?

We currently use the unsubscribe landing page that was provided by Marketo, but our logo has changed and we wanted to make some changes to this page. I can't for the life of me seem to be able to get to the HTML to edit the template.  Is there a way to do this?  I also tried cloning the template to start a new one and it doesn't seem to let me access the HTML to that one either.

I also need to create a new unsubscribe email for our sister company, so being able to access this HTML is very important!

Thanks for your help!

Sure, the page is in Design Studio > Landing Pages > Unsubscribe

You can edit this or clone it and create a new one, which I recommend. I also recommend creating a subscription management center to replace the basic page.

Hi Josh, I tried this but I can only preview draft edit draft.  The edit draft only allows me to move around the images, etc. but I cannot access the HTML to the page, even after I clone the page. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Kristen,
I don't think you can edit the HTML in the landing page.  You would have to see which template the Unsubscribe Page uses, then go to that specific template in Design Studio.   The templates have their own section in Design Studio and are different from Landing Pages.  When you Edit Draft in the template, it'll show you the raw HTML code which you can edit.

Hi Olivia,I was able to get to the HTML for the template, but I don't see the link to the logo file. Thoughts?

Thanks,

Christine

Another option would be to just create a brand-new unsubscribe page, then create a redirect rule on the original page
