Here is the issue I am trying to build out a complete demographic scoreing model and I want to award scores for having their first and last name filled out, Email complete, and a few other items. Is it possible to do this and how?

Hey Eric,

You'd make a smart campaign and set it up: FILTER = Data changed - first name and criteria first name is NOT EMPTY, FILTER 3 = (same but with last name), etc for however many fields. You'd want to use the OR filter logic

Then the flow would be to change score.

Let me know if you have questions!

would it be the same if I am working with people who are not in the database?

No eric, Marketo can't score records that don't exist. But when they are in the database then they can be scored.
