can you schedule single campaign emails to deploy for different regions?

My client would like to know if it is possible to schedule the delivery of emails related to one single campaign, but with multiple regions, to deploy for that given region? example: A single campaign delivery action for EMEA set to deploy at 8am GMT, delivery of same email to contacts in APAC to deploy at 9am Tokyo etc.

Can this be done?

You could create a segmentation in the Lead Database section for the different regions, and then add waitsteps in the flow with "add choice" defining the different segments for sending the email by region.

Example Flow:
 

In my example, I used my currency tiers segmentation, but you would use "Region" or whatever you choose to name your Segmentation. This is the easiest way I can think to do what you are asking. If someone has a faster way, I'd love to hear it too!

    Be careful that you calculate the times from the time zone of the user or system.
