Question

Can you put sales insight emails into folders in the SFDC template drop down?

Hi All,

We need a better way of organising our marketo sales insight templates in SFDC. Currently they are listed in an endless list that grows as we grow the use cases. Does anyone know how we can manage these by putting them in folders?

Currently they are all in their respective campaign folders in Marketing Activities.

Cheers,
Bec

No, sorry.

If you use a naming scheme, you can order them better.

Hey Bec,

Each program with a published MSI email is a folder. So in my instance, we only have one because we are tracking MSI emails on a high level - one program. But if you had multiple programs, as long as the MSI email was a local asset, they would show in the main dropdown as folders.

Then under each program you can make folders to organize. I'd recommend creating a test program or two and emails to figure out the configuration you want before actually building it out.

NOTE - this doesn't work the same in the Outlook Plugin though.

Thanks, Robert.

Is there a way to organize email templates when they live under Marketing Actvities (and not Design Studio)? Or is the best way to clone these templates over to Design Studio?
