Can you move test campaign members out of a smart campaign?

Is it possible to remove or move test campaign members out of a smart campaign? For example, my team and I test our campaigns, but we don't want our information to be stored in the campaign results once we are done testing and are ready to push the campaign live so we can determine real leads from internal test leads.

You can remove them from a Program by selecting them and pressing "Not In program"

As for campaign membership counts, no they will be in there. You can CLONE the campaign and then delete the test version. That will take care of it.

I do exactly as Josh mentioned above.  Works just fine.
