Can you make marketo forms horizontal to embedd on a wordpress page?

Sure, if you have CSS and javascript capabilities. It'll be custom though.

You can actually click and drag the fields to be horizontal - Reorder Fields in a Form - Marketo Docs - Product Docs .

As noted: You can simply drag a form field to the next field and you will get the top, right, bottom, left orange arrows to display a form horizontally (I would however not that this is NOT normally good practice to make a form go horizontal!)
