I realize there's a way to do that for each report, but is there a way to exempt employee activity globally?

Scott, you can use the User Roles to customize what parts of Marketo users have access to, including limiting who has access to Analytics: Managing User Roles and Permissions - Marketo Docs - Product Docs

Pretty sure the question was about excluding lead activities from analytics when the lead is an internal/demo user, not about excluding named users from certain parts of the UI.

I moved your post and the response to the Products and Support section

Also, I noticed you have several accounts here on the Community. Can you add the word 'Primary' next to your title for the account / profile, you want us to treat as your primary account.
