Can you have a Dynamic Thank you Page based on a smart list?

I have a form used to subscribe clients to a specific feed of information. However, there are bound to be people who forget that they are already subscribed and sign up again. I would like to change the thank you page to a different landing page if the client is already on that smart list. Is there a way to reference a smart list in dynamic thank you pages?

Why not use a Form 2.0 that displays some custom html when it knows the person?

You can also use the Forms 2.0 to choose the page in the settings based on various criteria.
