Can You Filter by a particular answer within a form?

Hi All,

I am setting up a landing page where there is a form asking people where they would like to meet with our team. It provides the user with multiple options in a drop down menu. I was curious if I am able to filter by adding to a SFDC campaign by the particular answer within said form.


For example if they select Tradeshow A, can I run a flow step saying add anyone who answered with Tradeshow A to a particular program versus if someone who answers Tradeshow B to a different program?

Hello Murphy,

Create a smart campaign with the trigger of "fills out form" and select the form in question. Remove the other constraints. Then bring in the filter for this tradeshow field and select the value of "is not empty". Then the flow can be to add to SFDC campaign with choice values being that if Tradeshow is A > add to SFDC campaign Tradeshow A. If Tradeshow is B > add to SFDC campaign Tradeshow B.

    Murphy, to use Devraj's method, make sure that if someone submits the form in question, the Tradeshow field cannot keep a preexisting value.

    (That is, if you have already exposed this same form field via other means, it may not be overwritten on form submit, so you will see an answer that does not actually "belong" to this form submission. Visibility Rules and other form customizations can create this result.)
