Can you do A/B testing in a default program?

We have complicated programs with trigger campaigns and can not use the Email Send program. Is there any way to add A/B testing to the default program?

Hi Debbie,

The Champion/Challenger setup will allow you to do A/B testing, but this can only be used in trigger campaigns.  You can see more about how to do that in the article below.

Champion/Challenger can be used on the email and will work for trigger campaigns and engagement programs.

Hi @Debbie Miles! Yes you can! In the Flow step, create a Choice in your Send Email action. Then choose Random Sample = 50. You can clone your email and have the two variations sent at the same time. We do it this way so that we can calculate statistical significance.

Let me know if you need more clarification!
