Can you create a Smartlist from SFDC Opportunity?

My sales team requested if Marketo could pull a smartlist together based on salesforce contacts in Opportunities with the stage "Closed-lost"

Their goal is to have these Close-lost contacts be in a nurture campaign to try and win back business.

Any suggestions on filters?
