Can you create a drop-down option for a form?

Hi, I am trying to create a form and would like the questions I ask to have drop-downs associated with them. Is this possible? and if so, how do I create it?

Thank you! How can I add additional fields? For instance, I would like to ask for job title.

In the form designer, you would just drag and drop the field you want on your form from the Template Form Fields section of the Form properties list on the right-had side.  The Create a Basic Form help article explains how to do this.
