Can you change the Static List "Aquisition Program" after uploaded?

Hi,

I uploaded a static list to a program list asset. Everything is correct in the list however the leads were added as members to the wrong program. I assume I incorrectly chose the acquisition program. Does anyone know how to go back and change this? Thanks!
