Can you change the default fields used in a referral offer?

I'd like to use Marketo's referral offer functionality, but unfortunately I can't see "Title" or "Gender" as an option in the fields section. Annoyingly, we require this to create a new Person Account in Salesforce, so any new leads we obtain must have this information.

Is it possible to add in extra fields to the defaults provided?
