Can you change program status to an earlier status?

An incorrect smart campaign updated program status to "converted" instead of "clicked."  Is there a way to change the status of all those leads back to "clicked?"  We tried an batch upated but it skipped that flow saying it won't change backwards.  Is there a way around this?  Thanks.

The reason it doesn't want to change it backwards, is because you have it set up to where Converted has a higher value than Clicked, which is correct (you can see this in the channels section in Admin).

If you need to change them all the clicked, you would first need to remove them from the program (status) and then change the status to clicked.

    Hi Sherin, there is also a workaround that I found several months ago here in the community... If you go into your channels and change the number value of the progression step to the same number as the step where they currently are, then you can move them into that step since they're the same "value". Once you've done that, change the program status number back to the original number.
