Can you add the same marketo munchkin code applied on your primary domain to a subdomain without any edits/adjustments?

We recently ported our paid digital traffic pages over to a subdomain.  We want to keep cross channel tracking in tact so were planning to add the same marketo muchkin code used on www. to our subdomain.
