Can you add a lead to a SFDC campaign using campaign ID?
For example, if I have a lead field that populates with the ID of the campaign to which they responded, could I use a Marketo flow step to say "Add to Campaign is {{lead.campaignID}}."

Yes! There is a flow step called Add to SFDC Campaign. We use that with Campaign: {{lead.campaignID}} with Status: {{lead.SFDC Campaign Status}}.
