Can we use same login credential for multiple Marketo check-in app?

Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing well. Recently we were facing this issue with our Marketo check-in app where check-in app was logging out very frequently and it was difficult managing audience due to that.

In our case we were using same login credential on multiple check-in app. Do you think this might be causing this issue?

Any help with this will be well received and appreciated.

Check-in app doesn't support multiple active session with same credentials. Multiple users cannot use the same credential at the same time.

    Technically you can log in, it will allow you, but will cause errors in sync sometimes and is not recommended by Marketo (ex: Person A checked in on device 1 and when device 1 and 2 both go to sync, device 1 says Person A attended but device 2 says they didn't - which wins? Sometimes device 2 )
