Can we send an email immediately?

We'd like to test our email programs by sending it out to a test list.  However, it seems like we have to schedule the email to send at least 15 minutes in the future.  Is there a way to send immediately?  

(I know you can go into the individual email and 'send a test email' - but we actually want to test the entire program to a test list...)
